Although the title of this post might sound as an allegory to Seijun Suzuki’s character Goro Hanada, it refers in fact to the Trump Tower, the third tallest building in the United States and the 12th world-wide. Antithetically to Suzuki’s character, the Trump Tower was initially planned to become the tallest building in the world, prior to the World Trade Center incident. It saw its ambitions fell short as it crystallized it’s position as number three.
