Hyperbole in Red
The latest addition to my staircase collection, a red one this time, which i came across late this Summer. The bright light outside coming through a skylight at the staircase’s top flooded the interior walls with a clean white light which separated it well from the colourful bottom. The architect is unknown to me, but as usual to many staircases build in the late 50s, the sense of aesthetic swirling in this one is second to few. Recommended to be appreciated in a black background. Taken with a 50mm lens, HDR of 3 brackets, processed with photomatix and finished with photoshop.
